I am really loving this Drop 2 Sizes Plan. For one thing I am loving ALL THE FOOD. I get into food ruts and start eating the same thing all of the time and then it gets boring.
One of The main reason I follow these different programs and plans is to force myself to try new recipes nand liven up my eating routines.
With this program I am really excited to LIVEN things up!! I have found that I am eating more vegetables like this awesome Cucumber and Onion Salad. Super Easy to make: Cucumber Red Onion, Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt, and pepper.
Super Simple and something that I wouldn’t have thought about eating had I not done this challenge.
Eating More Food
True Confession Time: One of the meals was a 3 Egg Omelette with Cheddar Cheese and a slice of Toast. My first thoughts were: “Wow! That’s a lot of food.” I decided to trust the program and eat it. I felt so good and full of energy.
With that said, my energy levels have gone up in the gym and I am feeling really great! I love the workouts. I’ve been doing the workouts in the book, along with Scott Abel’s Hardgainer solution and it has been AWESOME!
I tried on a pair of pants that I haven’t been able to zip in 3 years and I zipped them up and all but we’re still not ready to wear in public just yet but we are getting there!
My big Goal is to put my shorts back on and I’ll probably be able to do that in Week 4. I will probably wear them regardless.
The thing I love about this program is that there is NO SCALE until the end if that. When I went Rachel Cosgrove’s class (She created the program) she said on average program participants lost on average FOUR POUNDS. It’s not about the scale.
It’s about changing body composition (Adding Lean Body Mass and Losing Body Fat).
You simply cannot put on lean body mass without eating all the food and that is my goal!!
