Bottoms Up!My Nutrition Challenge for this month is to Drink 1 Gallon of Water Every Day.  This was a great habit and I think it’s time to bring it back!

My Other Challenge this Month is to do at least 8 yoga sessions.  My flexibility is lacking and I also want to work on my own hip mobility and Lower Back Strength.  Yoga is perfect to accomplish these goals as well as the restorative principles.
