Joyce began training with Geneva soon after delivering her first child.   Geneva and Joyce agreed upon goals, and then began to formulate a plan to achieve those goals. The foundation of Geneva’s training system is awareness of habits. Joyce began to keep a nutritional journal to realize what habits needed to change in order for her to see results. Every week Joyce faithfully brought her food journal, and began to make the necessary changes to achieve her fat loss goals. The workouts started off with core strength and then eventually progressed to metabolism boosting workouts to burn calories during and after training. With the boost in calorie burning lean body mass, Joyce saw impressive results losing nearly 15lbs of fat and increasing her lean body mass to burn even MORE calories. Joyce worked hard during the sessions and on her own. She always gave 100% and she is still going strong, proving that new Moms can achieve their fitness goals with determination and commitment.
