The Fall is the time for everything Pumpkin Spice and while I have no complaints about that, I’m more of a Salted Caramel fan so I was excited when I saw that Quest came out with a Salted Caramel Protein!  Here are 3 of my Favorite Salted Caramel Recipes

Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes

Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes

 

1/2 c.f Steel Cut Oats

1/2 c. Cottage Cheese 

1/2 c. Protein Powder

1/2 c. Egg Whites (you may need more if the batter is too thick)

1/2 scoop of Salted Caramel Quest Protein Powder (Add more if you like a thicker batter)

1 Tbsp of Coconut oil

Blend all the ingredients together  except for the coconut oil

 Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray OR use a TBSP of coconut 

Let the pan get hot, cook in the form of a pancake.  Makes 2 Servings

Salted Caramel Almond Butter Protein Bites

Great pre workout snack or afternoon snack with your coffee

1/2 c. of steel cut oats

2 Tbsp of Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter (Raw Almond Butter also works but Justin’s is life)

1/2 c. of Egg Whites 

1 scoop of Salted Caramel Quest Protein Powder

Mix Ingredients together using your hands.   Form into Cookie Shape.  Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes.  Avoid Overcooking

Salted Caramel Oatmeal

I add one Scoop of Salted Caramel to my Oatmeal in the mornings along with raisins.  SO SO GOOD.
