My Theme for the fourth quarter of 2018 is: Level Up!!

I have done 2 of Nicole Wilkins’ challenges this year and I’ve enjoyed both so when she came out with the BUILD challenge, I decided to sign up again!

I love this challenge for the fourth quarter because it’s about lifting heavier as we close out the year.  It’s a great way to check progress as far as strength gainz.

As a coach I love having a program already designed for me and to hold me accountable.  I also like to challenge myself.

Four Days a Week of strength training and 3 HIIT Cardio Sessions per week isn’t too bad either.  I’m really not here for 2 hour workouts anymore. I don’t have time for that and at this stage of my life, I’m not interested.

Nutrition

Um I’m still doing Intermittent Fasting for the most part.

I know I know I said I wasn’t feeling it but I’ve been doing it since August and it’s gotten better and it’s working for me.

I eat a banana before my workouts though especially early in the morning.  The only change with this program is that I will drink a protein shake after my workouts in the early am and a protein drink on the weight training days.

I experimented with a number of Plant Based recipes during my Community Plant Based Challenge and I am incorporating those in to the routine.

Fitness Adventure

After I finish this challenge in November I will spend the rest of the year going on my Fitness Adventure.  I plan to try Barre and Orange Theory.  Two different workouts that may need to be added to the rotation.
