There are distractions all around us.

More than ever we are bombarded with ways to waste our time and get all thrown off track.  To be successful, we must focus on the tasks at hand and not get distracted by the latest shiny object.

This is one of my favorite books about Personal Development.  I first read this book nearly 10 years ago and I’m pretty shocked every time I read it how much I’ve implemented without even realizing it.

For instance before I read this book, I had NEVER heard of Mastermind Groups and nearly 10 years later I belong to 3.  I’m reading it again this month and I’m able to see my goals even more clearly in focus when years ago they were fuzzy.

Most of us just need to start with figuring out what we want!

This book is full of common sense information (NO FLUFF).

One of my favorite pieces of advice in this book is:

There are no unrealistic goals, there are only unrealistic timeframes.
