Darren Hardy was the publisher of Success Magazine and he is a successful businessman himself.  His message is that there are no shortcuts to success.  What you think are the “little things” are the very things that will take you off course.  You don’t get bit by elephants but you do get bit by mosquitos.

I think this book is crucial for those wanting to make a change when it comes to their health.  We are bombarded with quick fix transformation programs and InstaFitness which give the message that success is quick and painless.  It’s not. It’s often boring, tedious, and without applause.
