Chef, Author, Partner to NBA MVP Steph Curry, and Mama to two entertaining little girls are just some of the ways we know Ayesha Curry.
I really admire the way Ayesha continues to shine bright like the Diamond she is, in spite of all the negativity that people on social media direct her way. She is unapologetic for who she is and yet she does not put others down. She just continues to spread her positivity and share parts of her life with the public.
Part of living a FIERCELY FIT LIFESTYLE is not to lower your standards or quell your ambitions because it makes other people uncomfortable. Daring to be different from the masses or deviating from what’s currently popular makes you a target for the critics. FIERCELY FIT people ignore the critics and keep it moving.
Chef that Cooks Real Food
I follow Ayesha’s Instagram Account and she cooks REAL food that looks fantastic. It’s high quality and hey…restaurants tend to pile on the salt, sugar, butter, and distort portions. Learning to cook at home can not only save your health but also your wallet!
I love that she wrote a cookbook for busy people that have families. It’s so easy to order takeout or buy one of those overly processed meals. Here’s to eating real food as a family!!
About her book the Seasoned Life
In THE SEASONED LIFE Ayesha Curry will share 100 of her favorite recipes and invite readers into the home she has made with her two daughters and her husband Stephen Curry. Ayesha knows firsthand what it is like to be a busy mom and wife, and she knows that for her family, time in the kitchen and around the table is where that balance begins.
This book has something for everybody. The simple, delicious recipes include Cast Iron Biscuits, Smoked Salmon Scramble, Homemade Granola, Mom’s Chicken Soup, Stephen’s 5 Ingredient Pasta, and plenty of recipes that get the whole family involved — even the little ones!

Busy Partner and Mama
Being the partner to the current NBA MVP comes with a lot of pressure, infractions on time, and more scrutiny. I have been very impressed with the way Ayesha has carried herself as the spotlight on she and her family has grown. I like the fact that she took her cooking and made her own platform.
I think it is just wonderful for young women to see that just because you may partner with someone who is very successful this does NOT that you have to give up your own identity and goals.
I first became a big supporter of Ayesha because she posted a picture of the always entertaining Riley and said something to the effect of: She is my reason for living a bold, fearless, and unapologetic life.
Yes! What a beautiful message to send to your daughters!!!
I am very proud of her and Steph. They make me proud to be a (bandwagon) Warriors Fan and they represent the Bay Very Well!!!
