These make an awesome pre workout snack or just a great snack when craving something sweet

  • 1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 1/2 Cup of Egg Whites
  • 2 Tbsp of Xyla sweetner or 3 packets of Truvia
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder (Vanilla, Chocolate, or Peanut Butter are yummy!)
  • 3 TBSP of Almond Butter
  • Pinch of Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp of Coconut Oil (Optional)

Yields 6 cookies

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix Ingredients thoroughly
  3. Next use hands to form into cookies (if the recipe is too dry sometimes I add a little water)
  4. Line a cookie sheet with Parchment Paper
  5. Spray paper with non stick spray
  6. Place cookies on the parchment paper 1 inch apart
  7. Bake for approx 10 minutes. Let cool and Enjoy!
